Holistic Therapist
Hi, I’m Shelbi — Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Wellness Guide. I am based out of Tucson. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, I greatly appreciate all kinds of music, I dance like a fool daily, I have three fur babies(a calico, tabby & a basset hound). Spending time connecting to nature is a deep practice of mine that will always be my core of healing. I practice self-care & sunbathe daily.
I love listening to educational podcasts & read frequently. I make DIY non-toxic herbal products, baking & I absolutely love creating meals from scratch as a daily creative outlet & as a way to express my love language.
When I'm not in service or creating you can most likely find me at the gym, yoga/fitness classes, natural food stores, herbal stores, by the pool, at farmers markets & at different music events. I've been on my health journey since 2018 & have fallen in love with the process of healing holistically.
